Ancestral Bubbles: A Pét-Nat Tasting
Join us for an evening dedicated entirely to the wild, expressive world of pét-nat wines on Friday, January 16th at 7 PM at Vermilion Valley Vineyards.
So… what is a pét-nat?
Short for pétillant naturel, pét-nats are sparkling wines made using the ancestral method—an old-world process where fermentation finishes in the bottle. The result? Naturally fizzy wines that are often unfiltered, delightfully unpredictable, and bursting with personality.
What to Expect:
• An exclusive pét-nat tasting experience (no traditional still wines—this night is all bubbles!)
• A selection of pét-nats
• Charcuterie to complement the tasting
• Guided insight and storytelling led by Winemaker Joe Juniper, who will walk you through the process, philosophy, and flavor profiles behind these ancestral bubbles
