Taste With the winemaker
Join us at Vermilion Valley Vineyards for a special edition of our popular Taste With the Winemaker series on Friday, February 20th at 7:00 PM.
This tasting is all about stepping a little off the beaten path.
Our winemaker will guide you through a selection of less common varieties and unique styles grown right here in our vineyard—grapes you may not have tasted before or seen bottled on their own.
Think things like Cabernet Dorsa, Ribolla Giala, and other hidden gems that don’t always get the spotlight.
Just like our previous Taste With the Winemaker events, this will be a guided, educational tasting with plenty of time to ask questions, take notes, and hear the stories behind each pour—from why we grow these varieties to how they behave in the vineyard and cellar.
If you love learning about wine, trying something different, or just trusting the winemaker to lead the way, this one’s for you.
